Status written back
The application's status, program and placement are written back onto the Zoho CRM record you sent.
How It Connects
Your agency connects each sponsor once, and a member of your agency approves the connection on the sponsor's Exlink with one click. The mapping is then done on Exlink.
Exlink works through an OAuth grant that your agency approves. Exlink uses it to fetch the files attached to the records you send, and to write the application's status back onto them.

Zoho CRM Enterprise or Zoho One
The extension needs Zoho CRM Enterprise, or Zoho CRM as part of Zoho One.
Any Zoho data centre
It installs on whichever Zoho data centre your CRM lives in, from the install link we send you for that data centre.
A private extension
A private Zoho CRM extension, built on Zoho's Sigma platform under the namespace exlink.
